Hickory Point, conceived as a vacation and retirement community in Wayne County Kentucky, overlooks beautiful Lake Cumberland which has more than 1200 miles of shoreline, almost twice that of all Florida. With an average depth of 90 feet, it provides world class boating and fishing.
Hickory Point has over 200 acres with 76 lots from one to forty acres. Most have lake frontage, some with spectacular panoramic views. The water’s edge is maintained as “protected shoreline” by the US Army Corps of Engineers.
Directions:
A two hour drive from Lexington or Knoxville to Monticello, Kentucky. Then take
State Road 92 north for 1 ½ miles to Route 789 and proceed 5 ½ miles to Hickory
